Headed to Extensiv Edge 2024 - Keynote: Disrupt or Be Disrupted?

While much of the eCommerce world is headed to Shoptalk Europe, I am headed in the other direction to sunny San Diego to kickoff the Extensiv Edge conference this year. A few themes I will be discussing if you are heading out there:

It's a confusing year for many. Not a week goes by where one week "economy is great, inflation subsiding" and the next "oh no, we suck again. economy in the tank."
