DimeTyd is one of the larger players in the Amazon screwup space.  If you didn’t know, there’s a whole industry of companies who do nothing more than look for Amazon billing snafus, and then automatically file cases with Amazon on your behalf to get your money back.

Apparently this happens a lot because several of these companies have gotten acquired.

In the Fulfillment by Amazon screwup world, GetIDA was acquired last year by private equity investors.
