Don't Try to Do Too Much

The lowest points in my career are when I felt I had to do things on my own and tried to take on too much.

Particularly when you are making critical decisions that affect people's jobs, goals, and dreams, sometimes it gets overwhelming.

I've found that it helps to talk to a friend who is not even in the same industry -- as a sounding board.

It's amazing how many of life's "problems" are universal, when we often think they require specific expertise. #entrepreneurship
