Threecolts To Acquire Walmart Marketplace Tool DataSpark

DataSpark began as a vision among friends aiming to address the needs of Walmart Marketplace sellers by providing comprehensive tools, services, and data analysis. It evolved into a multi-faceted platform offering sales estimates, keyword research, WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) opportunity lists, wholesale analysis, and more, positioning itself as the premier product research tool for Walmart sellers.

E-commerce software roll-up aggregator Threecolts has acquired Walmart product research tool, Dataspark for an undisclosed amount. What is the end game here or have we not seen this movie before?

LinkedIn: The end of a chapter! DataSpark has officially been sold to Threecolts.
