Society Brands is a tech-enabled consumer products company that acquires e-commerce native brands that primarily sell on Amazon and their own DTC sites.

Society Brands had previously raised $200 mMillion and agencies are usually are not that expensive, so this may be a cheap pick-up for an aggregator that decided it was easy to acquire a business but very difficult to actually run an Amazon business.
