The company’s app allows its network of shoppers and influencers to walk into stores and select products, livestream them to audiences and then purchase an item on a customer’s behalf.

Live shopping is still a phenomenon that has not caught on to a significant degree in the US. If there is a place it could work however it may be luxury events designed to promote exclusivity, generate excitement, and take advantage of how powerful social signaling is.
