Razor Group Acquires Perch and Raises Series D Funding

Razor Group is a global consumer holding company that partners with e-commerce merchants to acquire and scale brands.

Berlin-based marketplace brand acquirer Razor Group has acquired Amazon brand aggregator Perch for an undisclosed amount and raised around $100M in a Series D funding round. 2024 is the year of aggregator consolidation.
