RoC Skincare, founded in Paris in 1957 by Dr. Jean-Charles Lissarrague, is a renowned brand in the dermatologist-recommended skincare category. The company offers clinically proven skin health solutions backed by dermatological expertise.

Private Equity fund Bridgepoint has acquired RoC Skincare for an undisclosed sum, continuing its acquisition strategy of dermatology businesses that can leverage its European presence.
