Point Pickup acquires e-commerce platform GrocerKey for $42M to allow for same-day delivery

Point Pickup is the leading enterprise-only, retail-branded provider of fulfillment and last-mile delivery services for top retailers in all 50 states.

This sounds similar to what Walmart wants to do with GoLocal, except, you know, that this is already live. The whitelabel nature of this service is the most interesting - retailers who adopt get to keep their customers.
