Plenty Partners with Walmart, Secures $400M in Funding

Plenty Unlimited Inc. is a San Francisco-based vertical farming company.

This one is a big of a head-scratcher.  Plenty is an indoor farming company which claims to be able to grow plants closer to where they’re eating.  Which is fine but it seems expensive to put farms in the city doesn’t it?  I’m just not sure about this business model.
