InterTrade Systems Acquires by SPS Commerce, Expands Retail Network

InterTrade provides technical solutions for product, information and transaction data exchange between retailers and suppliers.

Intertrade was a wholly owned subsidiary of mdf Commerce and provided services which enabled B2B trading, with a particular focus on apparel and general merchandise customers.

This acquisition continues the general theme of larger players in the market looking for ways to get larger.
