Want To Win? Focus is Crucial

Focus!  If you describe what challenges you are trying to solve in the next 6 months, how can you know if you are laser-focused? 

One measure I have is can you describe your goals without using the word "and".  The number of "and's" in your vision will really let you know if you can.
