UPS to Acquire Happy Returns

Happy Returns is a U.S.-based software and reverse logistics company that enables frictionless, no-box, no-label returns for merchants and consumers.

UPS has acquired Happy Returns from PayPal for an undisclosed amount. It never made sense for Happy Returns to be a PayPal company, as it will add additional return locations for UPS.
