Frigo-Trans and BPL are Germany-based healthcare logistics providers specializing in temperature-controlled warehousing and freight forwarding throughout Europe.

UPS announced that it had completed the acquisition of German logistics companies Frigo-Trans and its sister company BPL, which provide complex healthcare logistics solutions across Europe. The acquisitions further enhance the end-to-end capabilities available to UPS Healthcare customers, who increasingly need temperature-controlled and time-critical logistics solutions globally.
