Rainmakers Acquire Shipsi From Auctane

Shipsi says its technology gives retailers the power to offer same-day shipping by mobilizing last-mile networks to deliver goods.

Consulting and startup incubator Rainmakers has acquired Shipsi, a same-day on-demand delivery platform from Auctane, for an undisclosed amount. Another on-demand service platform that offers delivery services to brands and retailers that do not have investment behind it looking for a future. Have we not heard this before?
