Mars Acquires Kevin’s Natural Foods for $800 million

Kevin's Natural Foods is known for its sous-vide meals, sauces, and side dishes.

McLean, Virginia-based Mars, which generates about $48 billion in annual sales, has three major businesses - Mars Petcare, Mars Snacking, and Mars Food & Nutrition.

This is a great exit for Kevin’s Natural Foods which provides ready to eat type of meals that are easy to prepare in your kitchen.  It appears that the brand will continue to operate relatively independently under the new Mars ownership.
