Freightos Makes Public Debut Via Special Purpose Acquisition Company

Freightos is a digital freight marketplace that instantly connects ocean, air and truck carriers with shippers.

The usage of SPACs has majorly declined in the past 6 months as they have not returned much to retail investors and the performance of these companies has not been good.  To this point, the company’s stock opened at $7 and has since dropped to 50 cents a share. Freightos hopes to break this trend by making it easier for shippers to compare and book services from freight forwarders and importers.
