Fabric raises $100M in latest giant funding round for a Seattle startup

Fabric aims to help mid-market brands that are trying to keep up with Amazon but don’t have the technical expertise or capability to build out robust e-commerce systems.

The number of headless eCommerce platforms is exploding. Fabric is really just sitting in the wings hoping that Shopify Plus and/or Salesforce screw up. In the meantime, they are happy to poach Salesforce Commerce cloud customers, but they are really hoping that Shopify keeps screwing over their Plus customers.
