LaserShip enters deal with OnTrac, sets regional parcel carriers up

LaserShip is a package-delivery company with service across the East Coast and South.

Regional carriers could work very well because they can specialize a network and workforce for a particular area, without having to worry about how it plugs into something broader. It will take some time for these to be integrated - possibly look for this to combine with DHL later on.
