LTD Online Stores, Inc. (“LTD”) is a leading patio furniture e-commerce business and wholesale distributor that markets and sells middle-to-high-end furniture through wholesale/drop-shipping, a direct-to-consumer website and a retail storefront located in San Diego, California.

Private Equity Fund Blackford Capital has acquired LTD Online Stores for an undisclosed amount. The patio furniture brand will expand Blackford's outdoor living and backyard consumer segment. Is this an example of Wayfair's troubles or the growth of a new online sector?
