Amaze acquires Spring in landmark deal to accelerate creator commerce

Amaze Software, Inc. provides creator success solutions, including a merchandising platform, advanced commerce design application, and scalable managed services, to help anyone sell anything, anywhere.

Spring, formerly known as Teespring, has built out an array of ecommerce, link-in-bio, and Web3 services. Creators who have built stores through Spring range from first-time merch vendors to exclusive clients like Moriah Elizabeth.

It seems like Spring has had some funding troubles recently and had layoffs after raising a total of $70 M.  Amaze is essentially a mobile page-builder company that works with brands on social media which from my vantage point looks like a very crowded space.
