Quiet Logistics to be acquired by American Eagle Outfitters for $350 Million

Quiet Logistics is a third-party supply chain operator for more than 50 direct-to-consumer brands. Based in Devens, Mass., the company runs eight fulfilment centres with robotic capabilities.

American Eagle gets to solve its space constraints and at the same time added a services-based revenue stream. Meanwhile, Bruce Welty the founder of Quiet Logistics continues to move from strength to strength.
