Our Approach

  • Discovery & Assessment

This phase is where we learn about all the technological aspects of your business. We also dive into the capabilities of the people that will be using the platform, specifically merchandising and marketing. Understanding the content pipeline with a marketing and merchandising focus is super important when developing an RFP.

  • RFP Development

An RFP allows you to have a clear picture of exactly what you’re wanting when you present this to vendors. It helps you narrow down the selection of vendors to really zone in on the right fit for your business. It also makes it easier on the agency when you present them a detailed proposal of timelines.

  • Agency or Platform Selection

Choosing the right vendor is not just about the vendor itself. It’s about the ecosystem of solutions that are available with that selection. We then help you through the process including the selection of vendors to include, down-selection, and contract negotiations.
