Provi is a U.S. wholesale alcohol e-commerce platform that serves bars and restaurants.

I think this is an interesting angle on the market. It's hard to change the way restaurants do business, but perhaps similar to Amazon Business it could eat the lower end of the market and become a backup to a lot of restaurants for supply.
